Our room did not meet our expectations. We had requested a special room for our occasion, but were allocated a normal room instead.

This hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of the neighborhood. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the city center and close to many attractions. Plus, considering the prices, it's excellent value for money.
